SERVICE 01 / FROM SALES TO DELIVERY

A signed assignment.
A sound start.

Delivery needs to fulfil what sales agreed. We help define the information required, who confirms capacity and when an assignment is ready to begin.

The handoff
is work too.

We follow a recent assignment with sales, planning and delivery. Beyond the documented process, we look at the questions, rework and exceptions that emerge along the way.

01

What has been promised?

Scope, timing, dependencies and unusual client agreements need to reach the person delivering the work. We identify where that information lives and what often goes missing.

02

Who confirms the start?

A desired date is not the same as available capacity. We define who confirms the start, what preparation is needed and who can approve an exception.

03

What happens when things change?

A scope change can affect scheduling and staffing. We agree who assesses the impact and who informs the client before the work changes.

IMAGINED IN PRACTICE

“Approved” is not
the same as “ready”.

Imagine an implementation firm starting a new client project. The agreement is signed, but system access is missing and the specialist has not been scheduled. A handoff card makes those dependencies visible before a start is confirmed.

Developed fictional scenario. Not a client case or a claim of achieved results.

Agreements
the team can use.

  • A process map from request to the first delivery step
  • A definition of ready and an owner for each check
  • A route for scope changes and exceptions
  • A pilot with agreed signals: waiting time, missing input and rework
