That depends on the roles and locations involved and the information already available. The proposal specifies preparation, conversations and a trial within everyday work. The schedule is agreed around your team’s availability.
Do we need to buy new software first?
No. We start with the work and systems you already have. Meridia focuses on roles, information and working agreements. Software selection or technical implementation is not a standard part of this consulting approach.
How is business information handled?
An anonymised situation is enough for an introductory conversation. For a real engagement, confidentiality, access, sharing and document deletion are agreed in advance. Do not share personal data, contracts or confidential information in this demonstration.
Can the engagement be fully online?
Conversations and document reviews can take place online. A joint workshop may benefit from being in the same room. Format, working language and meeting times across time zones are agreed in the proposal. This fictional consultancy has no actual bookable appointments.
