ABOUT MERIDIA / THE WORK BETWEEN TEAMS

Attention to what
falls between teams.

Meridia is designed as a consultancy for international business service firms. Its focus: the moments when one colleague’s client commitment becomes another colleague’s work.

A process is only clear
when you can work with it.

One colleague sees a sold assignment. Another sees a schedule full of dependencies. Both perspectives are needed to make a good handoff.

In this concept, Meridia works close to everyday practice: conversations about recent assignments, focused workshops and a limited pilot. The ambition is a clear agreement available when the team needs it, rather than a larger handbook.

Three principles.
Visible in the approach.

01

Follow the work

Start with the journey of an actual assignment rather than an organisational model. That is where the relevant dependencies become visible.

02

Name the decision

“We will handle it together” is not enough when someone needs to confirm a date to a client. Clarify who prepares, advises and decides.

03

Keep knowledge in the team

Documents should be understandable and maintainable by the people using them. Ownership is part of the handover.

A carefully developed concept.

Meridia is a fictional design study by Creachly, not an active consultancy. Its offering, working examples and content were created to demonstrate a professional bilingual website. No invented employees, clients, qualifications or results are presented.

The workshop photograph is a generated concept image. Working documents on this site are original illustrative examples. Professional sources alongside the field notes provide context and are not Meridia partners or endorsements.
